About Joe
My career began in Construction followed by a Journeyman of Carpenters apprenticeship. Working as a carpenter and pounding nails quickly taught me that I wanted to do something different in my life. I started a new career as a construction manager with the federal government, and I have been providing construction management oversight to subcontractors ever since.
Real Estate has always been an interest of mine, so while managing construction sites I began buying, flipping, and renting properties on the side. I went on to complete my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Idaho, and then fulfilled another goal of mine and became a Realtor.
